Karuna Hingorani Shilotri is an experienced business leader with over 11 years of experience in the fields of business development, product management, customer engagement, and analytics. She has a demonstrated track record of problem-solving and building high-performing teams, and is capable of driving end-to-end business functions. Her experience includes heading the Admissions at GreyAtom, an Ed-Tech company that raised USD 1.2M in pre-series A round. In this role, she was responsible for steering business development, customer insights, process optimization, new platform evaluation/onboarding, sales-led marketing, training, and team development. Karuna sees herself as identifying and driving new business opportunities end-to-end through innovation, collaboration, and customer focus. She is a positive person with good social skills and a fair knowledge of technology, which has helped her blend well in all her roles. Working in various geographies has given her exposure to diverse cultures, and has helped her groom her interpersonal skills. She enjoys working in heterogeneous and multi-cultural groups. Karuna is currently working as a Sales Operations Analyst at Nexford University. Prior to this, she worked as an Instructor Mentor at WhiteHat Jr and as the Head of Admissions at GreyAtom. She has had an excellent academic career, including a PGDM from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
